But stress goes deeper. It disrupts your hormones, imbalances your blood sugar, inflames your gut, weakens your immune system, clouds your mind, and disconnects you from Source.

According to the American Institute of Stress:

  • 77% of people regularly experience physical symptoms caused by stress
  • 73% experience psychological symptoms
  • Chronic stress is linked to 6 of the leading causes of death, including heart disease and cancer

But here’s what almost no one is talking about:

Chronic stress cuts you off from your own spirit.

And when you are spiritually disconnected, no supplement, diet, or habit tracker can heal you.

In my practice, I see stress presenting in ways most women don’t even recognize as stress. You may relate to some of these:

  • Waking up tired even after 8 hours of sleep
  • Feeling “puffy” or inflamed
  • Getting sick more often than usual
  • Brain fog or forgetfulness
  • A sense of emotional numbness
  • Crying easily or snapping over small things
